Brow Lift
Side-Effects, Risks and Complications
The risk of serious complications from "Forehead" Lifts are uncommon. The most common side-effects are headaches for the first 24-48 hours, mild pain and discomfort, bruising around the eyes or cheeks, numbness or itching near the incision area lasting up to 6 months and feelings of numbness or dryness in the eyes.
In very rare cases, hematoma (underskin bleeding), infection or a correctable impairement of eyelid function can occur following a "Forehead" Lift. If you are considering a Brow or "Forehead" Lift, your surgeon or one of their staff will personally address the benefits and any risks of complications.
