Dr. Baldwin’s mission is to promote excellence in care for each patient seeking cosmetic procedures and breast reconstruction allowing them to achieve their individual goals of improvement in body image. Dr. Baldwin began her surgical career in Houston, Texas more than twenty years ago. Dr. Baldwin is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons. Her main office is located in Scurlock Tower of the world renowned Texas Medical Center. She has received numerous honors and awards including the Consumer's Research Council of America, America's Top Physicians 2004-2005, and Best Doctors in America. She has maintained recognition by Best Doctors in America consecutively since 1996. Dr. Baldwin takes great care to create a physician/patient relationship that fosters open dialogue, security and comfort when discussing any aspect of surgery, appearance or goals.
