Dr. Mofid is a double board certified plastic and facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon. He is on staff at 5 area hospitals including Scripps Memorial La Jolla, Sharp Memorial Hospital, UCSD, Palomar Medical Center and Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center. His practice is focused upon cosmetic plastic surgery as well as breast reconstruction, facial reconstruction after trauma and microsurgery. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the American College of Surgeons, the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.
