Dr. Stephen R. Colen has been performing plastic surgery for more than 30 years. He is currently Associate Professor of Surgery and Plastic Surgery at New York University Medical Center's prestigious Institute of Plastic Surgery and Chairman of the Department of Plastic Surgery at Hackensack University Medical Center.

Dr. Colen is Board certified by the American Board of Surgery, The American Board of Dental Surgery, The American Board of Plastic Surgery and has published research articles in more than 50 medical books and journals.

He performs all cosmetic surgery procedures of face and body and also specializes in breast reconstruction. Besides performing surgery in the hospitals where he is on the staff including NYU, Hackensack Univ. Hospital, NYEE, MEETH, Lenox Hill Hospital, he also works in his own surgical suite certified by AAAASF which is one of the best in the country.
