September 1, 2008 I was in a serious motorcycle accident in which part of my right calf and foot were torn off. Dr. Mehan saved my foot/leg and did so very professionally. Every day I met with him he had a smile on his face and gave me information about my injuries straight which is what I needed from my surgeon. Even when there were complications with surgeries he was not involved in he was the first Dr. to come see me and to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of.
